Armstrong Diversified Corporation is the parent company of four sub corporations underneath its umbrella.

The first of our four divisions is New Era Food & Beverage Consultants which was originally established in 1987 by Jack Armstrong and was called Utah Food & Beverage Consultants; its business is as a consultant to new and existing restaurants, bars, and night clubs. We also do hospitality management contracts, and food and beverage training.

Our second division is our Conscious Living / Loving retail arm, consisting of Spiritual Freedom and Sensual Awakenings which will offer classes. Spiritual Freedom is a Conscious Living Store, while Sensual Awakenings is a Conscious Loving Store. These stores will both be brick and mortar and e stores. The products and services that we offer will be focus on awareness about living and loving conscientiously

 First Nations Peoples Center is our third division it  is the Non Profit Division, in our company portfolio. It was established in November 2004 as a Non–Profit Corporation, originally it was doing business as Spiritual Freedom and Sensual Awakenings located at 1320 Madison Ave. a conscious living store that opened in April 2005. First Nations mission is in helping North America’s Indigenous, and low-income Peoples with food, shelter, & clothing. Developing Americas’ blighted inner cities, and towns,  helping America's low income people get out of poverty, and help get humanity to take care of their selves and the planet. First Nations will also help America feed themselves by teaching them to plant farms, raising  crops that are Genetically Modified Free and Organic, utilizing and teaching centuries old farming techniques helping America’s citizens learn to support them selves. 
 

Sacred Children of the Earth is another division under our non profit subsidiary it was developed as a club or society for today’s youth, from the ages of infancy to 18 years of age its mission is for the children to learn respect for themselves, other people, plant, animal and mineral relative’s that reside on this earth and teach them stewardship of the land, it can also be set up to be a charter school

 Our forth and final division is the Livingstone Mission, as you walk in there is a 10 foot pendulum designed around Roman ruins decorated with fallen marble columns and featuring 21^st century isometric equipment, saunas, whirlpools and a swimming pool set in a lush tropical forest eco system.
