Essential Oils (Aromatherapy Oils) are the highly concentrated, volatile, aromatic essences of plants. All the countries of the world provide essential oils, making aromatherapy a truly global therapy.
Aromatherapy
allows us to benefit from the therapeutic properties of these natural
essences, working in harmony with mind and body. When properly
administered, the effects of essential oils can be stimulating and
relaxing, depending on the oils selected. They can soothe and refresh
the mind, beautify the skin and body,
stimulate the senses or induce feelings of calmness. The idea behind
aromatherapy is, first, to find the scents, unique for each individual,
that evoke positive sensory feelings and emotions; and then to
introduce those scents into our everyday life to enhance well-being.

Tantra
Tantra is an accumulation of practices and ideas which is characterized by the use of ritual, by the use of the mundane to access the supra-mundane, and by the identification of the microcosm with the macrocosm. The Tantric practitioner seeks to use the prana universe (including one's own body) to attain purposeful goals. These goals may be spiritual, material or both.
Tantrism is a quest for spiritual perfection and magical power. Its purpose
is to achieve complete control of oneself, and of all the forces of nature, in
order to attain union with the cosmos and with the divine. Yoga including
breathing techniques and postures (asana) is employed
to subject the body to the control of the will Murdas,
or gestures; mantras
or syllables, words and phrases; mantras and yantras,
which are symbolic diagrams of the forces at work in the universe, are all used
as aids for meditation and for the achievement of spiritual and magical power.
Kundalini
According to the Eastern thought, there are two nerve currents in the spinal column, called Pingala and Ida, and a hollow canal called Sushumna running through the spinal cord. At the lower end of the hollow canal is what the Yogis call the "Lotus of the Kundalini". They describe it as triangular in form in which, in the symbolical language of the Yogis, there is a power called the Kundalini, coiled up. When that Kundalini awakes, it tries to force a passage through this hollow canal, and as it rises step by step, as it were, layer after layer of the mind becomes open and all the different visions and wonderful powers come to the Yogi. When it reaches the brain, the Yogi is perfectly detached from the body and mind; the soul finds itself free.
Tai Chi Chuan
The term t'ai chi ch'uan literally translates as "supreme ultimate fist". That 'chi' in this instance is not to be confused with the use of “Chi’qi” n the sense of "life-force" or "energy". The concept of the Taiji supreme ultimate" appears in both Taoist and Confucian Chinese philosophy where it represents the fusion or mother of yin and yang into a single ultimate, represented by the Taijitu symbol. Thus, tai chi theory and practice evolved in agreement with many of the principles of Chinese philosophy including both Taoism and Confucianism. Tai chi training first and foremost involves learning solo routines, known as forms. While the image of tai chi chuan in popular culture is typified by exceedingly slow movement, many tai chi styles (including the three most popular, Yang, Wu and Chen) have secondary forms of a faster pace. Some traditional schools of tai chi teach partner exercises known as pushing hands and martial applications of the postures of the form.
Discovering the Sacred Masculine
Life is a balance, and for the past 200 years Western philosophy has kept man off balance, through the belief system of modern society. This class is designed for men to get back in touch with themselves and to feel good about their masculine energy through exploration of the thoughts and emotions that only exist in men. To unlearn past wrong practices and to learn the practices that man was originally born with.
Watch for our new product line that will be selling through our on line for
the Sacred Masculine.
