Welcome to our unique Restaurant concepts, it’s not the food or the service that makes this concept unique, but the ingredients and our employees.
One of the unique aspects of this corporation is that we do not have franchisees, but partners. Here you are a part of the corporation; so the money you invest not only goes to your stores but to all stores,and in turn you benefit because not only are you making money from your store, but from the corporation also.
Having dealt with franchisors in the past, Jack noticed that although the franchisee benefited from owning a franchise, the franchisor made more money, giving the franchisee little room to move.
We have decided to forgo the franchising of our concepts, and have opted for partnerships, we feel that both the company and the partner(s) will benefit from this concept and it is also unique.
How it Works !
For a nominal sum right now and for the first seven partners the fee is $15,000.00 per restaurant up to 3 restaurants. The package includes: menus, written costed recipes, food specifications, operating forms, operations manuals, training, front of house, back of house. Equipment specifications, hiring and training of management and hourly personnel, advertising and marketing campaigns, restaurant building and design, sight selection and contract negotiations. Construction, opening and operating budgets, plus access to our subsidiary New Era Food & Beverage Consultants.
In return our partners invest in to the corporation the funds necessary to build the concept, Armstrong Diversified will reimburse the partners with monthly payments from funds earned by the restaurant, plus 3% of the net sales. The partners will also receive 49 % of the net profit from their restaurants, and stock in the parent company. For the first seven partners 5% of the private stock, after the first seven partners it goes down to 3%.
